Pros: Very competitive pay Very flexible work schedule Great benefits & incentives Top notch technical talent Great management team Challenging work on cutting edge technology The thing I love the most about Dataprise is that the executive team and management team do not turn a blind eye to internal issues they may have. Lots of companies do not want to admit they have issues with process & procedures and just continue on doing things the way they have always been doing them. But at Dataprise they do acknowledge that they have areas for improvement and growth and work to correct those issues by trying proven methodologies to make things more streamline and easier for the staff to do their assigned work. I have worked for several MSP's in my IT career and none of them are perfect and for all of Dataprise's faults and internal issues if you look around you will see that all MSP's have some of the same issues as Dataprise even more so and at least Dataprise management recognizes this and works to correct those issues which does not happen at a lot of companies in general. Over all Dataprise is a great MSP and among the best I have had the pleasure to work for.
Cons: Cliquey culture, if you do not inject yourself into the HQ staff's cliques you are less likely to get Kudos, employee of the month and so on, field engineers seem to be excluded. Challenging/Frustrating inter-department communications. Emphasis on revenue & employee billable hours instead of quality of product/services and employee/client relationships. Emphasis on "hour entries" as a measurement of employee productivity and if they are doing their job versus quality of product & services delivery and customer retention.
