Pros: Coming right out of college, I had no idea what to expect from my upcoming life as a professional until I landed my first job as a Project Manager Associate at Social Driver. From the moment you set a foot in their amazing office, it is clear that you are working with people that care, not only about their clients, but for each other as well. I was lucky to have such great mentors since the day I started as they helped me with everything throughout my time at the company. I believe that this is the reflection of the great leadership and even better culture and values that they have worked so hard to establish and cultivate throughout the years. If you are starting your career or looking for agency experience, look no further than Social Driver as it is truly a remarkable place to work and I highly recommend it. The opportunity for personal and professional growth are off the charts and, if you are a self-starter, the responsibilities are right there for the taking as I soon realized after becoming a full-time Project Manager. In terms of work, not only do you get to work on incredible projects for great companies and clients but you also get the opportunity to work with truly talented, innovative and diverse people that, more often than not, become your close friends. On the other hand, the benefits they offer are excellent. From matching 401k plan and great medical insurance to flexible vacations and working from home policies that allow you to keep yourself fresh and enjoy your work. Social Driver makes sure that you have everything in place to succeed and feel good at the end of the day.
Cons: The work environment, as in any agency, is very fast-paced so you will be juggling a lot of projects and responsibilities at once, there is usually a lot of pressure on you. Work hours can be long from time to time.
